The guy at the front desk was surprisingly willing to assist with a refund for the nights I didn’t stay.
The room was absolutely filthy, with a layer of dust and a shower that had someone else's hair on the walls.

the location of prince is great, surrounded by nice scenery. i really enjoyed the charm of the historic property. the hotel has lots of potential, especially the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. we had a delightful stay with our family for 2 nights.
